This booth is upholstered in an indigo twill that incorporates cotton fibre recovered from denim waste. Recycled yarn gives the cloth visible character: a soft shift in tone and fine flecks of undyed cotton, so no two runs look quite the same. Mustard piping outlines the seat and back, and the booth sits on our standard timber plinth.
Recovered cotton fibres are shorter than virgin cotton, so recycled denim upholstery cloths are usually blended with other fibres for strength. We specify fabrics with a published abrasion result suitable for contract seating and quote the recycled share as stated on the mill's data sheet.
Denim suits casual dining, cafés and brand-led interiors where a familiar material tells a story. Fire performance is confirmed for your market as a composite with the chosen foam.
