Recycled polyester upholstery is now a mature category in contract textiles, with weaves that reach the same abrasion performance as virgin polyester. The fabric shown is a tight plain weave in oatmeal with flecks of darker fibre, typical of recycled yarn blends.
We offer this booth with contract fabrics in which some or all of the polyester comes from recycled feedstock, most often post-consumer PET bottles. The share varies by fabric, so we quote the recycled content exactly as stated by the mill for the fabric you select and pass the data sheet to you. We do not use phrases such as "ocean plastic" unless the supplier documents that origin.
It is worth being clear about limits: recycled polyester is still polyester, it can shed microfibres in cleaning, and blended fabrics are hard to recycle again. Its benefit is that it uses a waste stream as feedstock while giving commercial durability. The booth frame is our standard hardwood and plywood with brass capping.
